About
Solasta Inclusive Therapy
Welcome to Solasta Inclusive Therapy. Solasta is Gaelic meaning luminous, shining or bright.
I have created a welcome space for all persons to have time and space to experience felt security and a place to be vulnerable; to find your solasta. Experienced developmental trauma (aka the experiences we live as we grow including our family of origin) affects the way we move in the world, the choices we make, the conclusions we come to and the way we interface in relationships. Developmental trauma may manifest in the body as anxiety, stress, distress, relationship difficulties, depression and more. There is healing to be found here to be understood and nourished.
